Chris James is a passionate Bible teacher committed to helping people connect God’s Word to their everyday lives. Since 2020, he has been teaching the Parashat (weekly Torah portions), guiding viewers and leaders alike in uncovering the life-changing truths hidden within Scripture.
Chris is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), with a degree in Film and Video and a minor in Sound Design, and worked early in his career on productions for Budweiser, Frito-Lay, MSNBC, TLC, The Montel Williams Show, and Century 21. In addition to his teaching, Chris brings that television production experience to hosting, producing, and directing programs that bring the Word of God to a wider audience — including Roc House Café and By the Book, both honored with Angel, Davey, and Telly Awards.
In 2014, a ministry trip to Australia became an encounter with God that changed everything.
His messages are warm, accessible, and deeply Scripture-centered, designed to both encourage and challenge believers to live faithfully in today’s world. Chris has a heart for discipleship and worship, and is devoted to equipping church leaders and communities with practical tools for growth, spiritual insight, and effective ministry.
